A new solution to High Pressure Tailings Isolation from Emerson

Given the high pressures, velocities, and abrasive properties of tailings slurry during transportation and deposition, isolation valve reliability can become a big problem for operators if the right valve technology is not utilised in these applications.

About this event

Historically, the isolation of high pressure tailings has been trusted to discharging style knifegate valves, and in some cases the associated management of these excursions can be costly to ensure no harm is inflicted on personnel or the surrounding environment.

In this webinar, Andy Coxall will discuss the new Clarkson Severe Service KS1 & KS3 Severe Service Knifegate Valve, which resets the bar for reliable zero leakage isolation in the industry.
