AusIMM's flagship event took place in March 2023.

Attendees had the opportunity to see industry leading speakers, including keynotes from Corrie Pitzer, Joe Luxford and Jo-Anne Dudley, network with 1,500 members of the global underground mining community, experience a sold-out exhibition floor with a wide variety of enjoyable features and activities, and celebrate 130 years of AusIMM history!

Delegates included mining engineers, mine operators, technical service managers, consultants and more.

Key discussion topics for 2023 centred around the evolution of digital technologies, automation and artificial intelligence and how these innovations are making it possible to mine at greater depths and lower grades.
